Online Rescheduling Directions For Current Clients
- After clicking Reschedule Appointment button above, you will be taken to the client portal.
- You will be asked to enter the email address on file.
- Select Email Me a Link.
- Go to your email inbox, open the email, and click Sign In.
- Alternatively, you can sign in with your gmail account, as long as this gmail account is associated with your client portal.
- Once you are in the client portal, make sure you are on the Appointments tab on the left of the page and click the green Request Now button, or click on the Request Appointment tab on the right of the page.
- Select Psychotherapy (not intake or consultation)
- You can cancel a previously booked appointment by clicking the the Appointments tab on the left of the page and navigating to Upcoming tab. Find the date and time you want to cancel and press cancel.
